📍 How to Wear

Users choose placement based on comfort, activity, and personal preference. Common placements include:

Upper back (each side of the spine)
Lower back (L3–L4 region)
Upper thighs
Inside sports bras (balanced placement)
Secured with kinesiology tape during exercise
Inside socks or athletic clothing during activity

For targeted activity, users may place pods near the muscles being worked — e.g., shoulders, legs, or core — for a sense of support and focus.

Note: Placement is personal; there is no single required method.
